THE FREE TEXAS DOG OUTING EMAIL

The Weekly
Sniff.

I made us plans. Cancel the vacuum.

One good outing. The rules before the ride. A local find worth getting off the couch for.

I'm a dog with a Texas-sized social calendar. Every week, I'll send you a short email with park picks, practical details, and something for the two of us to do.

We're starting with one Texas edition featuring local picks. Tell us your city to help shape coverage; separate city editions aren't available yet.

Hello, human.

You have looked at that rectangle for a very long time. I have looked at the leash. We both know whose plan is better.

THE OUTING / DALLAS

A little room to be a dog.

Central Commons has a public community dog park behind 4711 Westside Drive. The dog park opens sun-up to sunset. The building's restrooms keep shorter hours, so let's settle your situation before we settle mine.

Puppies under four months can't join yet. Bring current rabies and city registration tags, and read the entry rules before we arrive. I have enthusiasm. You have paperwork.

BEFORE THE CAR KEYS

Unknown water means bring water.

If our listing doesn't confirm a drinking fountain, pack a bottle and bowl. “Maybe there's water” is a weak plan for someone wearing a fur coat.

THE BACKUP PLAN

Wrong side of town? Excellent. More sniffing.

Compare Dallas parks by the details that matter to us: access, fencing, water, and small-dog areas. Check current operator notices before leaving.

Right. Shoes on.

Our human checks source links. The dog handles editorial judgment. Paid partners will be clearly labeled and cannot buy park facts or distance rankings.
